About Me

I am a retired RN, having worked 34 years in the ER, with 5 in ICU before that. I retired in 2012, so I have only been working with Medicare now for 4 years, so I'm the new gal to the job.

In my spare time, I love to ride my horse, spending weeks out of every summer horse camping. I rode with Polk County Sheriffs Mounted Posse for 15 years, working especially with Search and Rescue and was involved in many high profile searches. I was the secretary for 14 of those years. Now, I just ride for fun. I also love all things gardening and fishing.
